After more than 150 process improvements, he is now building the partner he always wished he had: one team that doesn't just design processes, but runs them.

How is our data kept safe?
We work with tailored access: the team only sees what the process requires, through secured accounts and where possible inside your own systems. Agreements are put in writing, including a data processing agreement when personal data is involved. Everything is logged and auditable.
Which processes are suitable?
Anything recurring that follows rules: order processing, inbox handling, data entry between systems, reporting, administrative checks, content production. Rule of thumb: if you can explain it well once, we can take it over — and often make it smarter than it is today.
How do you guarantee quality?
Every process gets measurable quality agreements and a review step before delivery. Our dedicated team is trained to our own standard, AI work is checked by people, and Koen remains ultimately responsible. Mistakes we find get fixed structurally — not incidentally.
What does it cost?
That depends on the process — which is why we always start with a no-strings conversation and a trial process, so you see the result before deciding anything big. As an indication: for under €15 per hour all-in you get a highly experienced permanent member of our team, with AI handling the routine work alongside for free. Better service at lower cost.
How fast can we start?
Fast. After the first conversation, a first working solution is usually live within a week. We deliberately start small, so you see results right away without a big commitment.
What if something goes wrong or someone is out?
Our processes live in standard operating procedures, not in someone's head. If someone is out, the team takes over without you noticing. And if something does go wrong, you'll hear it from us first — with the solution included.
Our whole business runs in Dutch — will that work?
Yes. With AI, our team works comfortably in Dutch: emails, copy, systems. Where possible we pick processes that can run in English in the background — English is the second official language of the Philippines, so that comes naturally. And there is always someone in the Netherlands guarding culture and quality: intensively at the start, scaling down once things run smoothly.
