How is our data kept safe?
We work with tailored access: the team only sees what the process requires, through secured accounts and where possible inside your own systems. Agreements are put in writing, including a data processing agreement when personal data is involved. Everything is logged and auditable.
Which processes are suitable?
Anything recurring that follows rules: order processing, inbox handling, data entry between systems, reporting, administrative checks, content production. Rule of thumb: if you can explain it well once, we can take it over — and often make it smarter than it is today.
How do you guarantee quality?
Every process gets measurable quality agreements and a review step before delivery. Our dedicated team is trained to our own standard, AI work is checked by people, and Koen remains ultimately responsible. Mistakes we find get fixed structurally — not incidentally.
What does it cost?
That depends on the process — which is why we always start with a no-strings conversation and a trial process, so you see the result before deciding anything big. What we can say: because AI and our team do the heavy lifting, costs naturally end up significantly lower than doing the same work locally.
