Five permanent colleagues in the Philippines run the processes we set up and automate for our clients, day in, day out. Not anonymous workers behind a screen, but full-fledged colleagues, each with a specialty of their own. Meet the team.

Working with AI, Carmela writes copy Koen can't match — and he'll happily admit it. No graphic challenge is too big for her, whether it's image or video: she edits and subtitles every episode of Koen's 365 Grapes video series, among other things. She also runs our Google Ads and Meta Ads — and whatever she takes on, she delivers quality.
Francisco comes from e-commerce, has experience in IT and thinks in processes by nature. That combination makes him remarkably versatile: in no time, he worked his way up to expert in the logistics sector.
