VLYOU Value Creation (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 95683011) handles your data with care. This statement explains what we process, why, and what your rights are.

What data we process

Only what you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, company name, email address and your message. We don't ask for more and we don't collect more.

What we use it for

Solely to answer your question and get in touch with you. No newsletters, no marketing lists and no selling to third parties.

Legal basis

We process this data based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request, and — if a collaboration follows — in preparation of an agreement.

How long we keep it

At most twelve months after our last contact, unless a collaboration follows. In that case we keep what is needed for delivery and our administration.

Who else has access

Form messages are technically delivered through a form service and arrive in our secured business mailbox. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. There are no other recipients.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies and no tracking. We use anonymous, cookieless visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which process no personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Email koen@vlyou.nl — you'll get a reply within one working day. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
