The night isn't a trick, it's a rhythm

There's a six-to-seven-hour time difference between the Netherlands and the Philippines. What most companies treat as an obstacle is the very thing we build on. When you close your laptop at 17:30, our team is just hitting its stride. And the AI agents that run the routine work keep no office hours at all — they process just as happily at night as they do by day.

The result feels almost unfairly simple: you hand off a process, and the next morning it's done. No catching up, no pile sitting there waiting for you. You open your laptop and last evening's work is already there — processed, checked and ready to move on.

An ordinary night, made concrete

Around midnight, production starts. Orders that came in during the day get processed and entered. The shared inbox is read and sorted: what needs to become a task becomes a task, what can wait, waits. Reports get built up line by line, and hundreds of pages or files pass through a daily quality check.

And the exceptions — the handful of things that don't add up or need a decision — are set aside on their own. Take our own webshop, Wijn met een Boodschap. Every morning there's a fresh blog live — written and illustrated overnight, in the shop's own style. New wines go in as a bare line in the evening and are online by morning, complete with copy, imagery and findability. When a wine's vintage changes, the product information updates itself. More than 700 products, and the shop is further ahead every morning than it was the night before.

Or look at Cargocare Netherlands, an international freight forwarder in sea and air freight. Their shipment administration runs largely outside office hours: email from agents and shipping lines is processed, files are updated, deadlines checked and invoices matched against costs. By the start of the working day everything is ready — files up to date, tasks with the right owner, and a clear view of what needs attention.

Being honest: not everything is night work

At night, AI does the volume: processing, checking, building, flagging. But the fine work stays human. Our permanent team in the Philippines does the human round — the graphic work, the critical review of brand and tone, the last look before anything goes out. At Wijn met een Boodschap, a personal customer email only goes out after human approval. On purpose, because not everything belongs on autopilot.
